[Minors] Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by family or eligible companions; unaccompanied minors cannot be accepted.
[Health conditions, pregnancy and limited mobility] Please complete a health check before travel. Guests with serious illness, infectious disease, cardiovascular/cerebrovascular/respiratory disease, mental illness, severe anemia, recovery from major surgery, pregnancy or limited mobility may not be accepted due to service limitations.
[Scenic area documents] Entry requires the original ID/passport/travel document used for booking. Extra costs caused by missing or incorrect documents are borne by the traveler.
[Shopping reminder] Shopping in scenic areas or along the route is voluntary and unrelated to the travel agency. Please choose carefully and keep receipts and certificates.

Are domestic flights and high-speed train tickets between these cities included in the tour?
Yes. The tour includes economy class flights (tax and 20kg checked baggage included) from Beijing to Xi'an and from Changsha to Shanghai, as well as second-class high-speed train tickets from Xi'an to Chengdu, Chengdu to Chongqing, and Chongqing to Zhangjiajie.
Does the tour include international flights arriving in Beijing and departing from Shanghai?
No. Items not mentioned in the "Inclusions" are not included. However, the tour provides a 24-hour private airport transfer service (pickup at Beijing Capital/Daxing International Airport and drop-off at Shanghai Pudong/Hongqiao International Airport).
What is the accommodation standard for the 21 days?
The entire trip features 4-diamond hotels, including 4 nights in Beijing, 3 nights in Xi'an, 4 nights in Chengdu, 2 nights in Chongqing, 1 night in Wulong, 2 nights in Zhangjiajie, 1 night in Fenghuang, and 3 nights in Shanghai, with daily breakfasts for two included. A single room supplement applies for solo travelers.
How are the guide and vehicle services arranged, and is there a daily time limit?
The itinerary provides professional guide services for 16 days (no guide service during airport transfers or when taking flights/trains). The daily working hours for the driver and guide are 8 hours. Any overtime fees incurred must be paid directly to the driver on-site.
