Booking

• Book at least 1 day in advance; deadline 16:00 the day before departure.

• Staff will contact you the evening before to confirm meeting time and place—keep your phone on.

Eligibility

• Children 130 cm and above pay the same as adults.

• Children under 1.3 m: includes round-trip transport, child lunch, and guide only—not accommodation or tickets; child tickets cannot be pre-booked—buy at the gate; other costs on your own.

Notes

• Optional add-ons are suggestions only; join at your own expense as you wish.

• Group lunch is the hotel’s panda-themed meal (Chinese buffet or set); meals during free time are on your own; no refund if you skip the included meal.

• Seniors: Guests 70+ must sign our health form and be accompanied by family or a friend (unless we cannot host them). We cannot accept guests 81+; routes vary in intensity—ensure fitness; ask us for age limits.

• Minors: Under 18 must be accompanied by family (unless restricted); we cannot accept unaccompanied minors under 18.

• Health: Guests with serious conditions (infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, psychiatric, severe anemia, post-major surgery), pregnancy, or limited mobility should get a check-up before travel—we may be unable to host.

• Park entry: Use the ID, passport, or HK/Macao/Taiwan permit provided at booking; wrong or missing documents may block entry—extra cost on you. For discount certificates, tell us when booking. Refunds use group ticket price minus actual discount—not gate price. Without notice we issue adult tickets—no discount refund.

• Shopping: Stores in or near scenic areas are personal choice—keep receipts; not arranged by us.

• Other: Do not leave the group without permission—losses are yours. Force majeure delays or extra costs are on you. After joining, no refund for mid-tour exit or cancellation for any reason.
