Booking Notes
[Eligibility] There is no age limit for this activity. Guests with a height of 0.5–1.2 m (inclusive) do not occupy a bed and do not include breakfast; the price covers transport, 4 main meals at half portion, 3 hours of beginner skiing at Yabuli (ski boots, skis and poles included) and guide service. Guests taller than 1.2 m but under 12 years old occupy a bed and are recommended to book as adults; any ticket discount obtained will be refunded by the guide during the tour. If they do not occupy a bed, they may book as children, but admission tickets are then at your own expense, roughly RMB 500.
[Notes] Ice and Snow World is expected to open around 20 December each year; the exact opening date depends on local weather and cannot be predicted, so please refer to the scenic area's announcement. Each adult receives a complimentary group ticket to Ice and Snow World (group tickets carry no discount refund; children are not included and should purchase tickets on site). While Ice and Snow World is closed, the visit is replaced by the [Ice and Snow World Dreamland Ice Gallery]. Temperatures here are somewhat lower than in the city centre, so please dress warmly. Please watch your step during the visit.
[Reservation for the Ferris wheel and giant ice slide at Ice and Snow World] 1. The Super Ice Slide and Snowflake Ferris Wheel inside the scenic area require reservation; you become eligible after your admission ticket is verified, and can book through the reservation page of the official Harbin Ice and Snow World WeChat account using ID card/passport details or a QR code. 2. Select the item and time you wish to reserve (up to three places per booking): choose the item first, then the time, with time slots available on site.
[Skiing] During the skiing session, both adults and children are provided with ski boots + skis (a pair) + poles free of charge; ski suits and goggles are not included and can be rented at your own expense if needed. Please do some simple warm-up exercises before skiing; beginners should progress step by step and stay within their limits. If needed, you may hire a ski instructor for beginner-level guidance at the price published by the resort. Some instructors may ask for tips, which you may handle at your own discretion. If the Yabuli ski areas are requisitioned by the government for the Asian Winter Games, we will adjust the order of the itinerary or arrange a ski resort of the same class in another area at no extra charge and no reduction; thank you for your understanding of any inconvenience caused.
[Snow Town performances] The exact start times and formats of the bonfire party and Northeast Yangko dance are subject to the official announcements of the Snow Town Forestry Bureau.
[Day 5] There is no itinerary on this free day; please check out before 12:00 according to your flight time. A staff member will provide transfers to Harbin Taiping International Airport, Harbin Railway Station or Harbin West Railway Station.
[Order of sights] Driving times and sightseeing times in the itinerary are estimates and may differ in practice; the actual arrangement prevails. The order of sights may be adjusted according to the conditions of the day (low/peak season, traffic congestion, etc.).
[Booking restrictions] Senior guests: those over 60 must sign a Health Certificate and be accompanied by a family member to join the tour; those over 70 cannot be accepted. Minors: guests under 18 must be accompanied by a family member and cannot book on their own. Guests who are ill, pregnant or have limited mobility: guests with serious illnesses (such as cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, respiratory disease, mental illness, severe anaemia, post-operative recovery, etc.), pregnant women and guests with limited mobility unfortunately cannot be accepted.
[Complimentary items] No refund is given for complimentary items that are not used.
[Shopping reminder] Shopping at scenic areas and shops along the route is entirely voluntary; please choose carefully and keep your invoices and certificates safe. Such purchases are unrelated to the travel agency.
[Other reminders] Guests may not leave the tour group without permission; any loss or consequence arising from doing so is the guest's own responsibility. If force majeure causes itinerary delays or additional costs, please understand that these are at the guest's own expense. Once the tour has started, no refund will be given for any reason if a guest leaves or withdraws from the group midway.
