[City God Temple] Group tours do not enter the temple hall; it is a religious site. If you wish to enter during free time, the fee is about CNY 10 per person, optional on your own.

[Huangpu cruise] Tickets at the Oriental Pearl cruise pier can be tight; if cruise tickets cannot be booked, you may add about CNY 30 per person (reference) for the “Qingyoujiang” cruise at the 16-berth pier (this CNY 30 is a scenic-area surcharge, not our markup). If typhoon or river conditions prevent sailing, date change or refund of the cruise fare difference may apply; the day’s route may be adjusted—thank you for your understanding.

[Route order] The above is for reference only; the guide may adjust order based on cruise time, traffic, and queues. On weekends, peak season, and holidays, queues at Oriental Pearl may extend visit and end times; queuing is unavoidable and wait time cannot be predicted—we do not accept complaints or refunds solely for long queues; please plan time and avoid peak where possible.

[Join-in pooling] In low season or with few guests, this product may share vehicles with a nearby route—thank you for your understanding.

[Seniors] Only for guests under 80; guests 80+ cannot be accommodated. Guests 70+ must sign our health declaration and travel with a family member or friend (except those we cannot serve). Ensure you are fit for this itinerary; contact us with questions.

[Minors] Under 18 must travel with a family member (except those we cannot serve); solo booking under 18 is not accepted. Guests 100 cm tall or more are same price as adults. Group child price: under 1.0 m includes transport seat only, no tickets—extra tickets on your own if needed. Private child price: same as adults; any ticket concession is refunded on site or after the tour by the guide.

[Health] For a smooth trip, get a check-up before travel; we cannot accommodate serious infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory, or psychiatric conditions, severe anemia, major surgery recovery, pregnancy, or mobility limitations.

[ID at sights] Enter with the original ID/passport/HK-Macao-Taiwan permit used at booking; extra costs from wrong or missing documents are on you. Tell us about concession tickets when booking. Refunds use our group ticket price minus the actual discounted ticket—NOT rack rate. Without advance notice we buy adult tickets—no concession refund—thank you for your understanding.

[Shopping] Shops at sights or along the route are voluntary; keep receipts; not arranged by us.

[Other] Do not leave the group without permission—losses are yours. Force majeure delays or extra costs—please understand and cover on your own. After joining, no refund for mid-tour drop-off or cancellation for any reason.
