Your included attractions will vary based on which of the three specific Suzhou day tour packages you book. Option 1 features the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove, Hanshan Temple, Tiger Hill, and Shantang Street. Option 2 pairs the Humble Administrator's Garden with a beautiful Zhouzhuang water town night tour. Option 3 is a half-day itinerary featuring the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove, Suzhou Museum, and Pingjiang Road.
Are the Suzhou Museum and the Zhouzhuang water town show open every day?
No, both the Suzhou Museum and the famous "Only Zhouzhuang" show are closed on Mondays. Because of this closure, Monday bookings for the Zhouzhuang water town package are cheaper and only include the night tour without the live performance. Furthermore, if the Suzhou Museum is closed on a Monday, fully booked, or affected by public holidays, your itinerary will substitute it with a scheduled visit to the Suzhou Garden Museum.
Does the Suzhou day tour package include lunch, dinner, or hotel pickup?
No, neither lunch nor dinner is included in any of our tour options, so all guests will need to purchase their own meals. As for transportation, hotel pickup within the local ancient city area is provided for select packages, but please note that this hotel pickup service is strictly unavailable during the October 1st to 8th Golden Week holiday.
What is the cancellation policy for the Suzhou day tour?
Yes, you can receive a full refund, but exclusively if you submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours in advance. Please be aware that a standard 24-hour notice is not sufficient; any cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled Suzhou day tour will not qualify for a full refund.
