●Entry to scenic area requires the ID/passport/permit used at booking; no refund for extra cost if wrong or missing; inform us of concession documents when booking.
●Seniors 70+: must sign health statement and be accompanied; we cannot accept 81+.
●Under 18: must be accompanied; we cannot accept unaccompanied minors.
●Serious illness, pregnancy, limited mobility: we cannot accept for capacity reasons.
●Scenic entry: same ID as booking; concession refund = team ticket price minus actual concession price, refunded by guide (not gate price). If not declared, we buy adult tickets and no refund.
●Shopping at scenic area and en route is voluntary; keep receipts; not arranged by us.
●Do not leave the group; losses at your own risk. Force majeure delays/costs are at your expense; no refund once joined for early exit or withdrawal.
