Itinerary
- ●Transfer: Arrive by flight or train; private pickup (Xi'an Xianyang Airport, Xi'an Railway Station, Xi'an North). Driver takes you to downtown hotel. Driver will contact you the day before; keep phone on.
- ●Accommodation: Downtown upscale hotel (e.g. Manxin South Gate Bell Tower, Mercure Bell Tower Muslim Quarter, Atour Bell Tower South Gate). Central location, ~5 min to Bell Tower & Drum Tower, 2.8 km to city wall, 6.9 km to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda; 24h gym, free WiFi, concierge, front desk, laundry; some hotels have airport shuttle.
- ●Free time: After check-in, optional visit to Shuyuanmen, Defuxiang, Qiaozi Kou; local food and culture.
- ●Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner on your own.

1. Check-in: Usually 14:00, check-out 12:00; deposit may apply; same standard if hotel changed.
2. ID: Carry valid ID.
3. Itinerary: Order may change; complimentary items (DIY, cycling, shadow play, Hanfu) no refund if waived or unavailable; discount refund = difference from team ticket price.
4. Group: From 2 guests; may share vehicle with similar route in low season.
5. Leaving group: No unsupervised departure; refund only for unused services; no liability after leaving.
6. Feedback: Complete local feedback form; complaints may not be accepted if not completed.
7. Sights: Terracotta—shuttle 5 RMB/pax; optional shops. Song of Everlasting Sorrow—East/West A or B; if cancelled, substitute show. Shaanxi History Museum—book 3 (or 7) days ahead; if failed, Xi'an Museum; Mon/Tue closures; no refund if not visited. City wall cycling—complimentary; no refund if unavailable.
8. Transfers: One pickup and one drop per order; driver contacts day before; domestic flight: arrive 2 h early, driver 3 h before.
9. Seniors: 70+ need health commitment letter and companion; we cannot accept 81+; fitness and age limits—contact us.
10. Minors: Under 18 must be accompanied; we cannot accept unaccompanied minors.
11. Health: No travel with serious illness, pregnancy or limited mobility.
12. Other: Optional souvenir shops not arranged by us; keep valuables safe.
