Shaanxi History Museum—book 3 (or 7) days ahead; if failed, Xi'an Museum; Mon/Tue closures; no refund if not visited. City wall cycling—complimentary; no refund if unavailable.
8. Transfers: One pickup and one drop per order; driver contacts day before; domestic flight: arrive 2 h early, driver 3 h before.
9. Seniors: 70+ need health commitment letter and companion; we cannot accept 81+; fitness and age limits—contact us.
10. Minors: Under 18 must be accompanied; we cannot accept unaccompanied minors.
11. Health: No travel with serious illness, pregnancy or limited mobility.
12. Other: Optional souvenir shops not arranged by us; keep valuables safe.
