What is included in the price?
The price includes attraction tickets (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and eco-shuttle bus), local tourist vehicle, guide service in the selected language (Chinese or English), and a complimentary domestic travel accident insurance in China with a coverage of 100,000 RMB.
What are the gathering time and location?
Gather at the designated pick-up area from 07:00 to 07:30 (door-to-door pick-up available within Zhangjiajie city area), and in Zhangjiajie city (near Tianmen Mountain Cableway Company) from 07:30 to 08:00. The guide will notify you of the exact gathering time and location one day in advance. It is recommended to add WeChat or WhatsApp promptly to ensure smooth communication.
Are meals included in the itinerary?
Proper meals are not included. Lunch will be at a restaurant recommended by the guide, and the cost will be shared by the travelers (Dutch treat). The dining time is about 40 minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund is available if canceled at least 48 hours before the travel date. Default no-refund and no-change rules apply within 48 hours.
